In The Mix

At the beginning of every GROW Programme, we will work with you to understand your desired outcomes and your current starting point.

This is done thorugh 1-2-1 interviews, focus groups, online surveys which ensure your GROW Programme is designed based on both the goal in mind as well as helping you to measure current capability against that goal.

GROW Programmes are designed and delivered to meet your business needs.

Some programmes run over 1-2 months and other over 2 years. Whatever the duration, all of your GROW workshops and learning experiences will be fun, creative and highly interactive. They challenge you at times but always give you a 'safe place' to throw ideas out there and try out new concepts and learning.

GROW profiling helps leaders become more self aware

Using profiling information, your GROW leaders will be able to adapt better to each situation and develop strategies to help them perform at their very best.

Coaching is used throughout your GROW Programme

This might be 1 to 1 or group coaching. The aim is to provide space for your leaders to reflect and review. Our coaching allows goals to be set which will help GROW your business

No formal course will ever take the place of on-the-job experience and learning from others. Experience alone isn’t the best teacher.
